Cinepass facilitates movie ticket bookings with zero platform fee. This policy governs the process and terms.
1. Booking Process
- Steps:
- Select city, movie, theater, showtime, and seats.
- View movie details (cast, teaser, reviews, ratings, 2D/3D, languages).
- Check booked seats and total amount.
- Pay via wallet, UPI, card, or net banking.
- Receive e-ticket with QR code via email/SMS and “My Tickets.”
- Features:
- Share ticket images on WhatsApp.
- Download tickets as PDFs.
- View booking history in “My Tickets.”
- Rate/review movies post-booking.
2. Pricing
- Ticket Prices: Set by cinema partners, varying by movie, showtime, seat type (e.g., VIP), and city.
- Zero Platform Fee: No booking fee charged by Cinepass.
- Taxes: GST included and displayed at checkout.
3. Payment
- Methods: Wallet credits, UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking.
- Security: Processed via RBI-compliant gateways with encryption.
- Failed Payments: No booking created; refunds as per Refund Policy.
4. Restrictions
- Non-Transferable: Tickets are user-specific, validated via QR code and ID at cinemas.
- Cinema Rules: Users must comply with age restrictions, entry policies, etc.
- Liability: Not responsible for cinema issues (e.g., seat quality, show disruptions).
- Availability: Subject to cinema capacity and real-time updates.
5. Disputes
- Email support@Cinepass.in with booking ID, transaction ID, and issue.
- Resolution within 5 business days.
